Short version: we collect what you type into our contact form, we use it to talk with you about your remodeling project, and we don't sell it or share it with advertisers. No tracking, no pixels, no analytics.

Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form, we collect:
Only your name and email are required. Everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our web server keeps standard access logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. These are generated by the hosting software for security and troubleshooting. We do not review them for marketing purposes and we do not connect them to your form submission.
Cookies. We do not use cookies to track you, build a profile of you, or advertise to you. Your browser may receive basic cookies that WordPress needs to display the site correctly or to keep our own staff logged in to the admin area. These do not follow you to other websites.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your remodeling project. In practice that means:
How we may contact you. By submitting the form, you're asking us to get in touch, and we may respond by email, phone call, or text message to the contact details you provided. If you'd prefer one method over another, say so in your message and we'll respect it. We do not send automated marketing texts or promotional email blasts.
Your submission is stored in the website's database and emailed to our office inbox. That involves a small number of service providers who handle the data on our behalf:
These providers process the information only to provide their service to us. We don't give your information to marketers, lead-generation companies, data brokers, or anyone who wants to sell you something.
We may disclose information if we're legally required to — for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order — or where it's necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
If your inquiry doesn't lead to a project, we keep your submission for up to two years and then delete it. If we do work together, we keep project-related records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax, licensing, and legal purposes — typically seven years after completion, which is what Florida contractor recordkeeping and general business practice call for.

Email info@camgroupconstruction.com and we'll take care of it. We'll respond within 30 days. The one exception is records we're required to keep for an active or completed project — tax, warranty, and permitting records we can't delete on request.
We'll honor these requests regardless of where you live, and we won't treat you differently for making one.
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to the form submissions is limited to people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we don't collect payment card details or Social Security numbers through this site, and you shouldn't send them to us through the contact form.
This site is meant for adults hiring a contractor. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it.
If we start using analytics, advertising pixels, or anything else that collects information differently, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before the new tools go live.
